CANADIAN DREAM Properties (CDP) is a privately owned real estate investment business. We specialize in investing in residential real estate in Ontario and beyond. We define ourselves as long-term real estate investors, aiming for high returns on the long-term, not immediate profit or short-term income. We have grown from owning zero to more than $1 million in real estate assets in the past 3 years. CDP is owned and operated by Joe Grandja, who is backed by a team of highly experienced real estate professionals. The team may vary with each investment project but generally includes mortgage brokers, real estate agents, lawyers, property managers, marketing professionals, etc.

Joe has been solving business problems for over 12 years as an I.T. professional, but his true long-time passion is in Real Estate. He comes from a family background that is extensively involved in residential home construction in the Greater Toronto Area. In 2001, Joe ventured into the mortgage industry with the leading provider of mortgage software solutions for the Canadian market - Filogix. This is where Joe gained an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage business. In the summer of 2006, Joe made another significant step in his journey into the Canadian real estate business, by becoming a member of the
“Real Estate Investment Network” (www.reincanada.com). REIN is an extensive support and education network for Canadian real estate investors. They have over 1,700 members with a combined total of approximately 12,400 properties valued at over $1.7 billion! REIN has developed a system that has been proven to work over and over again in the Canadian real estate market. Joe has adopted this system developed by REIN to identify positive cash flow and equity-appreciating properties.
